On the occasion of the 110th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Switzerland and Bulgaria and the Swiss National Day, the Embassy of Switzerland in Bulgaria together with the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce were honored to host over 350 members, partners, members of the diplomatic corps and distinguished guests for our landmark hashtag#SwissSoirée at the Hilton Hotel Sofia.

The evening was officially opened with inspiring remarks by:

🎉 H.E. Pierre Hagmann, Ambassador of Switzerland to Bulgaria
🎉 Velislava Petrova, PhD, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria
🎉 Boni Bonev (Mr), Chairman of the BSCC Managing Board

A special highlight of the night was the powerful performance of the national anthems of Switzerland and Bulgaria by acclaimed mezzo-soprano Violeta Radomirska, as well the exhibition tracing 110 years of bilateral partnership.

Our sincere gratitude goes to our sponsors whose generous support made this premier evening possible: ✨ Roche ✨ Novartis Bulgaria ✨ Nestlé ✨ TRISA AG ✨ Holcim Bulgaria ✨ ABB ✨ Adecco ✨ dormakaba Bulgaria

We would also like to extend a special note of thanks to the team at the Embassy of Switzerland in Bulgaria for the excellent collaboration in making this joint event such a resounding success. 🤝

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating this significant milestone. Here’s to many more years of strong economic ties, innovation, and friendship between Switzerland and Bulgaria! 🥂
