The 26th Annual Regular General Assembly of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC) was held on May 20, 2025 at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, Mozart Hall.

The delegates were officially welcomed by the Chairman of the BSCC Managing Board, Mr. Boni Bonev, and by the Deputy Head of the Swiss Mission in Sofia, Mr. Rolf Ott. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Theodor Bojinov, Deputy Chairman of the BSCC Managing Board. In accordance with the agenda, the report on the activities of the Chamber for 2024, presented by Mr. Vassil Radoynovski – Head of the BSCC Secretariat, and the annual financial report were unanimously approved. The report of the Controlling Commission was presented by its chairman, Mr. Stancho Stanchev, and approved. Mr. Vassil Radoynovski presented the plan and budget for the Chamber’s activities for 2025, which were also approved.

Changes to the Chamber’s Articles of Association were proposed and approved.

The members of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce voted for a new 5-year term for the association’s Managing Board, which will be joined by the new member Ms. Zoya Todorova, managing partner at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. Law Firm.

The Managing Board of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce for the next five years is composed of: Boni Bonev, Theodor Bojinov, Verka Alexieva, Reto Seiler, Marcel Staub, Hannes Rosenmund, Zoya Todorova. The Embassy of Switzerland in Bulgaria continues to be an ex officio member of the Managing Board.

Stancho Stanchev, Aneta Natova (LeadFit Global), and Denko Yamboliev (SAT Health) were elected for members of the Controlling Commission.

After the General Assembly, all attendees were invited to a cocktail reception.
