The SHE-Level Academy 2026 is a new nine-month leadership program launched by the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, aimed at the development of women in senior management positions (C-1 level) with the potential to progress to top executive roles and board memberships.

The program is particularly suitable for:

• companies that intentionally invest in developing their executive and board leadership pipeline and support women’s leadership development;
• women managers seeking the next strategic step in their professional growth.

SHE-Level Academy consists of three thematic modules focused on leadership presence, strategic and board-level thinking, and systemic leadership. The faculty includes established professionals from business, academia, media, and the technology sector. All in-person sessions will take place at the campus of the American University in Bulgaria.

The application deadline is 21 February 2026.

The official launch of the program is scheduled for 6 March 2026.
