Shades of Red Restaurant at Grand Hotel Sofia (BSCC member) offers you an experience through which to touch the preferences of the High Palace guests, members of the cabinet, and personally His Majesty Ferdinand I, who has ruled the Kingdom of Bulgaria from July 7, 1887, to October 3, 1918.
