Stobi winery is located in the heart of Macedonia, in the well-known from Roman times Tikves (Tick-Vesh) wine region, which is the most famous area for grapes and wines in the country. The total capacity of our winery is minimum 4.500.000 liters p.a.
The winery owns the necessary vineyards and is in possession and uses the newest and up to date equipment and technology originating from Italy and Germany in growing the vineyards, harvesting and transporting the grapes, filtering, fermentation and maturing. The newest and most modern, fully automated technology allows Stobi winery to maintain and preserve not only the quality of the grapes, but of the wines as well. Stobi’s wines mature in casks and are bottled in wine bottles of best quality.
Some of the varieties cultivated and offered are Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zilavka, Zupljanka, Vranec, Rkatsiteli, Riesling, Pinot Noir and others.
