The accent in the April meeting of the BSCC was the guest visit of Ms. Ruth Blaser, Consul of Switzerland in Bucharest. The meeting was attended also by HE Ms. Regina Escher, Ambassador of Switzerland to Bulgaria.

In a presentation before the present Chamber members, Ms. Blaser explained the activities of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs for reorganisation of the network of Swiss representations abroad. Since 15.04.2012 a Regional Consular Centre South-East Europe has been operating in Bucharest, which will provide services to the Swiss citizens residing in Bulgaria.
