The Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to a venue, which will take place on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at 6h30 p.m. at the Radisson Blu Hotel, the Yellow Hall.

BSCC’ special guest speaker will be Mr. Rolf Schlotterer, Adviser of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Tsvetan Tsvetanov, on Fight Against Corruption and Organised Crime. Mr. Schlotterer kindly accepted to stay with us during the cocktail which will take place right after the presentation and to answer questions.

Mr. Schlotterer is a special envoy of the German Federal Ministry of Interior to asist the Bulgarian Government in the conceptual design and implementation of the complex System „BORKOR“ and set up the Center for Prevention and Combat of Corruption and Organized Crime at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Throughout his professional life Mr. Schlotterer has been active, both locally and internationally, in the field of investigations including corruption and organized crime. Mr. Schlotterer is senior police officer and was lecturer at the Academy for Public Administration in Meißen and member of the  several professional bodies, for example:

• Committee of Law – Virtual Academy of the Academy for Public Administration, Meißen

• Federal Committee to Combat Crime (Bund-Länder-Kommission Kriminalitätsbekämpfung)

• Federal Committee of Experts to Combat Economic and Computer Crime

• Committee of Experts to Combat Corruption
