On March 24th 2021 the BSCC members had the opportunity to take part in an interesting webinar entitled “Labour Market Trends in Bulgaria 2020-2021”.

The event was opened by BSCC Chairman of the Managing Board, Mr. B. Bonev, and addressed by H.E. Muriel Berset Kohen, Ambassador of Switzerland to Bulgaria. Guest-speaker of the webinar was Ms. Stela Yulzari, Senior Consultant at Mercer in Bulgaria. The event was moderated by BSCC newest member of the Board – Ms. Verka Alexieva, General Manager and former HR Manager for LEM Bulgaria.

Ms. Yulzury presented the latest results from The Total Remuneration Survey conducted by Mercer in Bulgaria spotting on some important market indicators from the December 2020 Update. The presentation triggered a vivid discussion with some interesting questions from the participants.
