1 August – Swiss National Day

On 1 August 2013, the Embassy of the Swiss Confederation organised a reception on the occasion of the Swiss National Day.

The Ambassador, H.E. Ms. Regina Escher, welcomed the guests – the sportsmen participating in the 22nd Summer Deaflympics in Sofia, representatives of the Swiss Deaf Sports Association (SGSV-FSSS), the members of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and the attending Swiss citizens.

The Chairman of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Boni Bonev, and the President of the Swiss Deaf Sports Association, Mr. Martin Risch, delivered speeches.
