Set up in 1969, GBS possesses extensive experience and a number of successfully implemented landmark projects in Europe, Central & North Asia and the Middle East. The corporate group is an international contractor, specializing in infrastructure construction (transport, water, energy), as well as in the execution of turn-key and large-scale industrial, commercial and residential projects.

Today, Glavbolgarstroy possesses over 40 subsidiaries in Bulgaria and abroad. Further to that, in 2019 GBS opened a Liaison office in Brussels (Belgium), with a view to ensure an additional communication channel with a wider group of stakeholders at EU level and to provide access to new ideas, modern approaches/ technologies and state-of-the-art solutions for the construction industry. The corporate group is operating also two additional Representatives Offices in Washington D.C. (USA) and Vienna (Austria), seeking to further contribute to expanding and facilitating GBS partners’ network overseas and in Central Europe.
