The Arbitration and Mediation Centre (AMC) with the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce was established in 2024 with the aim of providing services in commercial disputes with competence, impartiality and independence. Arbitrators and mediators at the Centre are persons from business and law with high professional qualities, experience and reputation. They cannot be arbitrators and mediators for other similar organisations in Bulgaria.
