We are proud to announce that the Arbitration and Mediation Center (AMC) at the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce has been officially registered!

Following its foundation in 2024, the Center has successfully met the requirements of the new Arbitration Act. On April 27, 2026, the Minister of Justice issued the official Ordinance for its inclusion in the Ministry’s special Register.

What makes the BSCC Arbitration and Mediation Center unique?
