The Chairman of the BSCC, Mr. Boni Bonev, was an official guest of the Open Heart Tenth Children’s Roma Festival, held 7-9 June in Veliko Tarnovo. Organisers of the event were the Amalipe Centre for Multi-ethnic Dialogue and Tolerance and the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo.
