On June 19, 2025, the Grand Hotel Sofia hosted the regular monthly event of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce “Cyber Risks and Cyber Insurance.”

In his welcoming address to the participants at the beginning of the event, the Swiss Ambassador to Bulgaria, H.E. Mr. Raymund Furrer, outlined the main milestones in the development of relations between Switzerland and Bulgaria during his outgoing mandate, highlighting the contribution of the BSCC.

On behalf of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Boni Bonev, Chairman of the BSCC Managing Board, presented Ambassador Raymund Furrer with an honorary plaque for his unconditional support for the Chamber and his contribution to the development of bilateral trade and economic relations between Switzerland and Bulgaria.

With an interesting and useful presentation, representatives of Balkan Insurance Broker, Mr. Yordan Velev and Ms. Marina Christova, presented the topic “Cyber risks and cyber insurance” and answered the numerous questions in detail.
