On 15 May 2012 a meeting was held between the newly appointed ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria, HE Meglena Plugchieva and the Chairman of the Managing Board of the BSCC, Mr. Boni Bonev and the Head of the Secretariat Vassil Radoynovski.

The discussions at the meeting addressed the collaboration opportunities for strengthening the economic relations between the two countries. Ms. Plugchieva and Mr. Bonev shared their belief that the efforts in this direction would be beneficial to both Bulgaria and Switzerland and assumed commitment for efficient partnership.
