The success of his different and innovative approach towards people management and organizational process management is due to his long-standing work with thousands of people in the area of leadership skills improvement and development.
The workshop is focused on the leadership approach in an emotional level and the increase of the leaders’ emotional intelligence in order to achieve the goals of the whole team.
