A business forum orginised by the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce on the topic Partnering with Swiss companies was held on 29.06.2017 at Hotel Imperial Plovdiv.

This forum is also part of the implementation of the „Business Partnerships for Better Society“ Project (B2B 4 CSR) executed by BSCC and financed by the Bulgarian-Swiss Cooperation Program.

The participants were greeted by H. E. Mr. Denis Knobel, Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation to Bulgaria; Mr. Boni Bonev, Chairman, BSCC Managing Board and Stefan Stoyanov, Deputy Mayor of Plovdiv.

There were more than 100 attendees at the forum: companies participating or interested in the “Swiss support for the introduction of the Dual-Track Principles in the Bulgarian Vocational Education System” ( DOMINO project), companies part of the BSCC Partnership Platform, BSCC members, other companies and VET schools.

On the forum have been presented the following topics:

• Swiss quality to Bulgarian conditions – Alexandros Voreopoulos, Managing Director, Oscar Rüegg Bulgaria EOOD
• Domino Project – development and challenges – Petya Evtimova, Team Leader, Project Management Unit, Swiss Support for the Introduction of the Dual Track Principles in the Bulgarian Vocational Education System presented the Domino Project
• LIBS „Creating talents for the manufacturing professions“ – Vassil Radoynovski, Head of the BSCC Secretariat
• BSCC Partnership platform – Vassil Shandurkov, Project Coordinator B2B 4 CSR
