The 25th Annual Ordinary General Assembly of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC) was held on 16 May 2024 at Grand Hotel Sofia.

The present BSCC members were officially welcomed by H.E. Mr. Raymund Furrer – Ambassador of Switzerland in Bulgaria and Mr. Boni Bonev – Chairman, BSCC Managing Board.

Before the start of the General Assembly, the Head of the BSCC Secretariat Mr. Vasil Radoynovski presented the news related to the continuation of the Swiss support for the dual education in Bulgaria, and the Deputy Chairman of the BSCC Managing Board Mr. Theodor Bojinov informed the participants about the activities related to the establishment of the Arbitration and Mediation Center with the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Theodor Bojinov, Deputy Chairman of the BSCC Managing Board. In accordance with the agenda, the report on the activities of the Chamber for 2023 and the annual financial report were presented by the Head of the Secretariat, Mr. Vasil Radoynovski and adopted. The plan and budget for the activities of the Chamber for 2024 were also adopted. The report of the Control Committee was presented by its Chairman Mr. Stancho Stanchev and accepted by the members.

The General Assembly ended with a cocktail reception.
