Novartis Bulgaria Recognized as a Top Employer 2026 in Bulgaria and Europe

Novartis Bulgaria has once again been recognized among the best employers, earning the Top Employer 2026 certification for the fourth consecutive year.

Novartis Bulgaria is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a Top Employer 2026 in Bulgaria and Europe by the international Top Employers Institute. This certification is a recognition of the company’s ability to implement a consistent, high-performing strategy across multiple countries, supported by scalable practices that drive business results, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.

Active in 131 countries, the Top Employers Institute is a global authority in HR certification, benchmarking, and consulting. Its program certifies organizations based on the results of the Best HR Practices Survey, which covers six key areas, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing.

Andrija Tomovic, General Manager of Novartis Bulgaria, said:
“Being recognized as a Top Employer for the fourth consecutive year is a credit to our people and the culture they build every day. For us, this certification is not only recognition—it’s a benchmark that helps us keep improving how we lead, develop talent, and support wellbeing. When people feel trusted, empowered, and able to grow, we strengthen our foundation for innovation and deliver greater impact for patients and the healthcare community.”

The regional certification provides organizations with access to global benchmarking, data-driven insights, expert guidance, and proven best practices to strengthen their people strategy. Certified companies benefit from a stronger employer brand, clearer strategic focus, improved decision-making, and an enhanced ability to demonstrate impact to leadership, governing bodies, and the talent market. They also become part of the global community of Top Employers.
