BSCC is part of the initiative of many mixed chambers, supporting the Juridical reform

In July 2017, eight mixed chambers have sent a letter to the Prime minister of Bulgaria, as well as to the Minister of Justice. It exposes specific suggestions for ensuring the rule of law and its importance for the economic development of the country and the long-term existence of FDIs. This message resulted in a meeting (conducted on 14.07.2017) between the chairmen of the chambers and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mrs. Ekaterina Zaharieva.

All these activities follow the initiative of eleven mix chambers, which has been started in the beginning of 2016. These chambers have sent an open letter to the President, the Prime Minister, the Speaker of the National Parliament, and the Minister of Justice, showing their support to the Juridical reform. BSCC has been always an active participant in this initiative.
